On our recent trip to England, I took photos of some ordinary things but because they were in England and we were on a holiday, I’d say they were extraordinary 🙂
This is just a garden.
Put a little girl and her Grandma — meeting for the first time?
Definitely something memorable.
What about this jaffa cake? It’s just a dessert – a biscuit.
But if you haven’t had one in twenty years, wouldn’t this be considered special?
Or what about corn? It’s just corn.
Put it on a special plate, something tells me it is extraordinary.
Then there was that road trip we took.
We were driving for hours and the only thing my child would pine for is McDonald’s?
Seeing this —- in the middle of nowhere? Relief!
Or that window with a figurine cat?
It moved! Wasn’t a figurine cat after all.
Experiences with people, especially with those we love, make ordinary things — extraordinary.
This one might be an exception for it is extraordinary in itself. No interaction needed.
